Forged from one piece of high-alloy X50CrMoV15 steel with an HRC of 58°, this guarantees the highest degree of initial sharpness and edge retention, while the weight of each Epicure knife is perfectly balanced with the ideal focal point.

Every blade within the range has been designed to have a wider shape to give you better control and efficiency. The handles are tactile and made from natural fibres and resin. They’re sturdy, hygienic and manufactured through an emission-free production.
