The Classic White Santoku Knife is multipurpose and perfect for just about any cutting job in the kitchen. “Santoku” means “three virtues” and can be referred to the three types of food it works with – vegetables, proteins and fruit. It’s slightly shorter than the standard chef’s knife, however still very easy to manoeuvre.
The blade is crafted from Shun’s proprietary VG-MAX wear and corrosion resistant steel. Along with blonde Pakkawood handles which are designed with comfort in mind. It’s sleek. It’s sharp. It’s Santoku.
