Spectrum Knives are made from stainless steel, with a special, coloured non-stick coating. Not only do they look really groovy – they also make quick and easy work of any job around the kitchen.

The humble bread knife is… well, not too humble. It knows it’s pretty good – strong and reliable. The go to knife. For example, say you have some bread… you’ll need to cut it with something. Perhaps a Santoku knife? No – you go straight to the bread knife.
