Classic Sharpener features:

• Scanpan’s Classic Sharpener is the ideal way to take care of your Scanpan knives.
• To use, simply place the sharpener on a flat surface, hold it down with one hand and, using your other hand, draw the knife back and forwards through the sharpener. No pressure is necessary.
• Three slots in the sharpener allow you to regenerate, sharpen, then hone your blade.
• Soft, rubbery base won’t slip on your bench.
• A hand guard protects your hand as you sharpen your blades.
