Gude – Alpha Forged Santoku Knife 18cm

GÜDE High Quality German knives made in Solingen, GÜDE knives have been forged and manufactured by hand in small quantities for four generations. So every knife is a very special and unique piece!

The Alpha Series knives begin as a single piece of specially alloyed Chrome-Vanadium-Moly cutlery steel. Each knife is hand forged and continues through more than thirty separate steps in the production process before completion. The finely polished grips are made from a robust, long-lasting plastic called Hostaform.

The Alpha Series knives are manufactured in accordance with the standards for use in restaurants and the food processing industry and offer the widest model range of any Güde Knife Series.

Care & Maintenance:

• Clean your knife after each use with a damp cloth
• Never put your knife away without wiping it clean
• Never use acidic or abrasive cleaners to scrub your knife
• Never submerge the wooden handle in water
• Never use a cutting surface made from stone or ceramic as these will dull or damage the cutting edge
